Securing Delran’s future requires careful planning and foresight. Because our team has lived in Delran for decades, we know the value and the history of every section of Delran.
We recognize that loss of undeveloped land is a critical issue, not only for the potential damage to ecosystems but more importantly for the drain on services and resources in our town. Additional development can strain our sewer capacity, police department, public works department, and schools.
Over the years we have purchased or negotiated to add all of Delran Community Park, a section of the old Willowbrook Golf Club, and other land located in residential neighborhoods to be designated as open space. We continue to remain watchful for land that qualifies for preservation.
We are dedicated to taking the necessary steps to preserve and protect the remaining open space in our town.
